A wind of change at Zavoli, announcing the new BORA ADVANCE
ZAVOLI BORA systems have always been the answer to the latest petrol direct injection engines requirements, making installation easy and using high performance mechanical components.
Based on the same philosophy and principles, Zavoli developed and is about to launch BORA ADVANCE, the new LPG conversion system for petrol direct injection vehicles, both DI and DI-MPI.
The forthcoming release of BORA ADVANCE, will allow to convert over 100 of the latest and most widespread motors on the market, such as: Audi A1, A3, Q2, Q3, Dacia Dokker, Duster and Lodgy, most recent Fiat 500X, Korean Hyundai i20, i30, Kona and Tucson and many different Kia engines.
The kits for Jeep Compass and Renegade models, as well as Nissan Qashqai, Renault Captur, Kadjar will be available too.
There will also be a lot of Seat, Skoda and Volkswagen vehicles and the most popular Mercedes-Benz models, such as Classe A, B, GLA and GLB.
In summary, a wide range of vehicles with engines of all powers and of the latest generation (DI & DI-MPI), compliant with the Euro 6D NEDC o WLTP standard. More models will be available in the coming months.
BORA ADVANCE technology offers the best performance with the lowest emissions, making possible to reduce to 5% the petrol consumption required by the system in certain driving conditions. BORA ADVANCE for a smoother, more powerful ride.
LPG components, developed and manufactured within the Westport Fuel Systems group, are compliant to OEM quality standards and to the most recent regulations.
BORA ADVANCE system can include the electronic LPG reducer eVP-500, with smooth and excellent performances an easy-to-install, or the proven Bora systems Zeta reducer, according to the kind of application.
The hear of the BORA ADVANCE system is the electronic control unit AFC-3.0 DI with integrated DI injectors emulation and full limp-home mode.
The new system includes the highly-reliable and compact Peak and Hold IN03 injectors.
The ECU modular wiring system delivers benefits to the installers too, making mounting operation quicker. The new cable «CAN BUS» allows to get a more stable communication and a higher data transfer rate, reducing the programming time by more than 50 %.
